You’ve Applied…Now What?

01. Assessment & Intake Scheduling

After applying, the admissions team will contact you to complete an assessment—this helps determine the best level of care for your specific needs. Whether you’re applying for residential, outpatient, or sober living, the intake process ensures you receive a personalized treatment plan.

02. Waitlist with Support Options

If there’s a waitlist, don’t worry—you’re not alone, and House of Hope may offer pre-admission support, including check-ins, recovery resources, and referrals if urgent needs arise. This time can be used to prepare mentally, physically, and emotionally for treatment.

03. Plan for Family and Responsibilities

House of Hope allows mothers to bring their children, and staff can help you create a transition plan that supports your family, housing, job, or legal needs. This is your time to coordinate childcare, medical appointments, or legal obligations.

04. You're Already Moving Forward

Just applying is a major step toward recovery. You’re now on a path with a team that’s ready to walk beside you. House of Hope is committed to helping women build strong, healthy, substance-free lives—with dignity, structure, and support.

Take a Look Inside Our Facilities

House of Hope gave me the strength and showed me the way to succeed and how to be the best I can be, not only that but to be the best mom to my kids and to hold myself accountable. I would be lost without their help.
