PT Assessment Mental Health SUD Therapist or Substance Use Disorders Counselor (SUDC)

8-24 hours per week with flexible scheduling between 9 am – 7 pm, M-F, to conduct substance use disorder and mental health assessments using the ASAM model. Up to $30-50 dollars an hour or $120-200 per assessment depending on licensure, experience in assessing women with SUD, and quality of written work. Assessments are in two parts: in-person interview at House of Hope office in SLC with client and written work completed on-site OR remotely within 48-72 hours. Each assessment typically takes 2-4 hours. Must be done to fidelity to ASAM and best practices for court and clinical use. Must have experience in doing adult assessments using ASAM. Must be licensed in good standing with a Utah LCSW, MFT, CMHC or SUDC. Experienced assessors without full licensure or licensed as ASUDC considered.
