House of Hope (HOH) is searching for a Full-Time Case Manager to assist the women served by the residential program. Make a difference in people’s lives and our community! This role is critical to HOH clients and the organization. We will teach the successful candidate how to assess clients’ needs, connect them with appropriate resources, accurately document services, learn healthy boundaries, and maintain client safety. Coordinating care with clinical staff and becoming a direct line of support to our clients are key to success in this position. Help develop therapeutic interventions for clients, hold them accountable to their goals, and reward them for their excellent work.

Qualifications, Experience & Skillset
The successful House of Hope applicant will:
- Teach women’s groups (curriculum provided) on topics such as recovery education, relapse prevention, self-sufficiency, conflict resolution, relationships and communication, etc.
- Link women with community resources that enrich their recovery process
- Work professionally with community partners and coordinate with case workers from other agencies such as DCFS, Probation and Parole, etc.
- Complete all necessary documentation with a high level of computer proficiency and time management.
- Be a team player, willing to share best practices with colleagues as well as learn from other’s successes.

- Assertive communication skills with good boundaries and stress management.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and can learn data entry systems.
Agency Requirements for All Employees
- Non-smoking worksite: no tobacco products allowed
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must pass extensive background check and drug test
- If in recovery, must have at least 2+ years of continuous sobriety
- Must have personal reliable transportation, driver’s license, and clean driving record
Education Required
- Bachelor’s degree; and
- Willing to work toward Substance Use Disorder Counselor (SUDC) or Advanced SUDC (ASUDC) or Social Service Worker (SSW) licensure.
Hours & Schedule
- Full-time: Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Wages & Benefits
- $20.00 – $24.00 per hour, based on experience and licensure
