House of Hope strives to maintain a strong connection with alumni from its programs. Our aftercare program helps provide a safe place for women to continue growing in their recovery process and receive peer support in sobriety. Aftercare is typically held at House of Hope’s main office in Salt Lake City. House of Hope alumni from our residential and/or outpatient treatment program are welcome and encouraged to attend.

Please note: Childcare is provided at the Hope Center for Children for Aftercare clients.
Aftercare provides structured support during the vulnerable time after primary treatment ends. Clients continue to receive therapy, case management, and relapse prevention services, helping them apply recovery skills to real-life situations like employment, parenting, and housing.
Regular check-ins, peer support groups, and accountability help reduce the risk of relapse. Aftercare gives clients tools to manage stress, rebuild relationships, and maintain sobriety—greatly improving long-term recovery outcomes.
Aftercare keeps clients connected to House of Hope’s recovery network—therapists, mentors, and peers who understand their journey. This sense of belonging and continued encouragement is vital to building confidence and resilience.
