House of Hope opened our Provo residential facility in 1972. Nestled among the mountains, our facility is a campus-style with several cottages behind our treatment center. We are proud to celebrate over 45 years of serving women and their families in the Provo area! Our Provo Hope Center for Children serves children over the age of six months. While mom is in receiving treatment during the day, her children will be receiving their own therapeutic care. On average, children entering House of Hope are six months behind their peers developmentally. Our staff works to help our children rise to the level of their peers and rebuild their bond with mom.
House of Hope Provo offers intensive residential substance use disorder treatment tailored for adult women, including pregnant and postpartum women. The facility can serve up to 16 families daily, providing a supportive environment where mothers can receive treatment while maintaining custody of their children. Children aged 4 months to 8 years benefit from therapeutic day treatment services at the Provo Hope Center for Children, which include assessments, case management, developmental services, counseling, and parent-child counseling.
The treatment programs at House of Hope Provo employ a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). These approaches are designed to address the unique challenges faced by women in recovery, such as trauma and co-occurring mental health disorders.

House of Hope gave me the strength and showed me the way to succeed and how to be the best I can be, not only that but to be the best mom to my kids and to hold myself accountable. I would be lost without their help.
