24/7 emergency counseling from a licensed counselor if you or a loved are having thoughts of suicide, experiencing an emotional or mental health crisis, or need support.

A 24/7 text line to offer free, 24/7 support from a Crisis Counselor via text.

UNI Warm Line: 801-587-1055

Open seven days a week from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m., call to speak with a peer support specialist for emotional support, engagement, or encouragement. This is a great resource if you are feeling isolated but are not in crisis.

Free and confidential help and support for victims and survivors of domestic violence and intimate partner violence. Available 24/7.
