House of Hope’s contribution towards the insurance plans varies depending on your employment type. The RMI Center benefit enrollment portal displays the premium amounts that you will be responsible for, based on your employment type. The portal also includes plan summaries for each available plan so you may compare the options.
House of Hope offers full-time employees working 40 hours per week paid vacation, sick leave, and 14 paid holidays off a year, including your birthday and a personal day.
