House of Hope offers a wide variety of benefits. New employees that are eligible for insurance benefits are given the opportunity to make their insurance selections in the RMI Center when they onboard.

Health Insurance Premium Contributions

House of Hope’s contribution towards the insurance plans varies depending on your employment type. The RMI Center benefit enrollment portal displays the premium amounts that you will be responsible for, based on your employment type. The portal also includes plan summaries for each available plan so you may compare the options.

Paid Time Off

House of Hope offers 14 paid Holidays off a year including your Birthday and a personal day depending on your employment type.
