FT-Women’s Clinical Program Director – Provo

House of Hope, a nonprofit organization established in 1953, is interviewing qualified master’s level licensed candidates for the position of Clinical Program Director of our 16-bed residential program for mothers and young children in Provo, UT.  The Director is responsible for the management and operational success of the substance use disorders/behavioral health treatment program in accordance with clinical best practices and in full compliance with all applicable licensing, regulatory, and accreditation standards. We are currently interviewing for an exceptional leader who is capable of building and sustaining a quality program for Utah families in partnership with our 7 SLC facilities and that is congruent with House of Hope’s vision and mission.

 

The Clinical Program Director ensures ongoing strategic planning, program development, financial management, Medicaid compliance, and strong community relationships. This position supervises a team of 24 staff as well as interns and volunteers.  Responsible for training, clinical and functional supervision, hiring and evaluating employees to promote unity, contract compliance, and program growth.

 

We are seeking an experienced and confident leader who is organized, innovative and adept at communication and problem-solving skills. Must be adept at managing crises and resolving conflicts in a calm professional manner, able to balance multiple priorities and generally oversee the details of a healthy treatment community with the overall goal of empowering women. Preference for those with experience in non-profit organizations, residential treatment, trauma-informed care, drug court, family reunification and/or Medicaid billing.

Requirements: Must have Utah LCSW, MFT or CMHC license in good standing in Utah for 5 years minimum; experience in clinical therapy and supervision of staff in a similar agency, non-profit organization, human services or business entity.

 

Status: FT, M-F, 8:30-5pm, $70-90K DOE, generous benefits package including health, dental, life insurance, 401(k) after first year with 5% match, 35 paid days off annually, licensure fees and training paid.
